Toblerone Choc Cheesecake

save cost. use Tesco brand.

1 cup biskut Marie crumbs

The Recipe. Dari dalam kotak Philadelphia cream cheese :)
1/3 cup butter (melted). 1/2 cup boiling water.
3/4 cup caster sugar. 1/2 cup cream.

replaced gelatine with agar.

whip cream.

sebelum add melted Toblerone :)

supposedly kena guna 20 cm springform pan.
mine is a little too big. jadi my cheesecake nipis semacam. =.="
and the base kurang menjadi mungkin sebab some parts jadi too nipis since tak brapa nak equally distributed atas springform pan yang besar.
and it taste nice :D
cuma texture dia agak lembik.
most probably sebab beat terlebih lama mixture dia guna electric mixer.
