lust is a part of thou

get rid of the foe
thou will break thyself

tame the foe
ask for The Best Helper's help

(note: lust in this context - overmastering desire for something/hawa nafsu)

and do not follow your desire,for it will mislead you from the Path of Allah ."verily, those who wander astray from the Path of Allah (shall) have a severe punishment for having forgotten the Day of Reckoning. 38:26

but as for those who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires and lusts. verily, Paradise will be his abode. 79:40-41
