in the first bite-sized story,
a man and his son were waiting for the mother outside the mosque. the man recognised his wife's slippers which was facing the entrance of the mosque. what he did was, he turned them to face the other way so when his wife came out, lifting her jubah slightly, she could slip right into them. she seemed at her husband and he did a silent squint back. that's when the son realised that his parents were in love! (the writer wrote from the pov of the son)
sweet eh, the father? :D
seriously i would recommend this book to anyone. it's not an ilmiah book, it is entirely a work of fiction but in some of the stories you might gain a new perspective on things. the stories are short, you can share them with family and friends too (not so hard to retell laa, eventually you would remember your fav stories what~).
Plus, it has something good to offer to the reader - laughter! :D
